A warmer dry night, exellent for bringing in winter bedding. Lots!

And an egg. (How does a badger eat an egg in bed without making a mess?!).

A brief clip was recorded of one the badgers initiating play-fighting by appearing to shake an invisible rat--or, perhaps more likely, a badger's ear? When badgers fight the name of the game is keeping their own ears safe and grabbing their opponent's ear.

The new latrine is now much larger and deeper.
